Community Wealth Lab is a series of 3 courses to grow small businesses. Expert-led and built for early and established business owners who are ready to do the work.

Course 1 | Build.

  • Know your product, your customer, and your brand. Clarify what you're offering, who you're offering it to, and why you're the one to do it.

  • Turn your business identity into a brand guide with your voice, your values, and the visual language that tells your community who you are.

  • Stop guessing and start pricing with confidence of different models. Know your costs, understand your value, and charge what you are worth.

  • Map where your customers are and how you will reach them. Even the best product in the world does not sell if nobody knows where to find it.

  • Build the real marketing assets your business needs. Create a website, a marketing plan, and a 90-day roadmap you can actually execute.

  • Present your complete marketing plan to the group, get real feedback, and walk out the door ready to launch.

Course 2 | Grow.

While Course 1 gives participants everything they need to show up as a real business — a defined MVP, a confident price, a brand that sounds like them, a website ready to publish, and a clear picture of their customer journey and distribution channels — Course 2 is where they put it all to work.

Grow is about customer acquisition: how to find the people who need what you offer, how to turn attention into interest and interest into a sale, and how to build the kind of relationships that keep customers coming back.

Participants go deeper on the channels they prioritized in Course 1, learn how to craft outreach that reflects their voice and resonates with their community, and build a real pipeline for bringing in new customers consistently.

If Course 1 is the foundation, Course 2 is how you grow what you built.

Course 3 | Scale.

While Course 2 teaches participants how to bring people in, Course 3 is about what happens next.

Scale is about building a business that grows without breaking. It’s about turning first-time buyers into loyal customers, creating systems that support repeat business, and deepening the kind of community relationships that make word of mouth your most powerful asset.

Participants learn how to retain the customers they worked hard to acquire, how to create offers and experiences that inspire loyalty, and how to build the operational foundation that lets them grow with intention rather than scrambling to keep up.

If Course 1 is the foundation and Course 2 is how you bring people to it, Course 3 is where a loyal customer base unlocks a whole new level of growth.
