OCCUR is working consistently to serve the greater Oakland/East Bay region as a proactive community building intermediary and direct service organization dedicated to public policy, nonprofit capacity building, information technology and consumer education. OCCUR has been nationally commended for its positive impact on low-income and emerging communities.
